Cancellation / Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend CreditScape 2023, you may transfer your registration to another attendee within your organization, provided the transfer is requested in writing.  If you are unable to transfer to someone else you may request to leave registration fees as payment towards registration at the next CreditScape, provided such request is received in writing no less than 30 days prior to the start of CreditScape 2023.

There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 60 days prior to the first day of CreditScape; the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee will be refunded.  For cancellations received less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the event 70% of the registration fee shall be refunded.  All cancellations must be received in writing in order that a refund be considered.

Emergency Illness of Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member

Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend CreditScape due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance.  In such a circumstance, the Main Office must be contacted by phone, letter or e-mail. If initial notification is by phone, it must be followed up in writing. Any refund will be subject to a 10% processing fee unless cancelation is less than 30 days from the first date of CreditScape in which case a 15% processing fee shall apply.
